Brandon Lang was born in Atlanta and raised in Decatur, Georgia. A graduate of Tucker High School, Lang earned a football scholarship to Troy University. In 2010 he graduated Troy with a degree in Sports Fitness Management and continued with his football career, playing professionally for the San Diego Chargers in the NFL. ​ After playing 5 years of professional football Lang is currently a personal trainer, football trainer, high school football coach, mentor, philanthropist, husband, and father of 5. ​ Lang continues to strive for success in football through his coaching, training big-name football players from D1 universities, to the NFL. Lang uses his platform as a vessel to inspire the world. His childhood experiences are what inspired him to pursue college and a professional career in football. He looks to pass his inspirations to his athletes and mentees, through his training philosophies, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy. He mentors youth in the Metro-Atlanta area and across the world emphasizing the importance of faith, self, and family.
